Acceptable Use Policy

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that applies to an individual or entity's participation in the services supplied by Galloway & Co (www.gallowayip.com) here forth called "The Company".

  • In this Agreement "we/us/our" means The Company; it's affiliates and partners.
  • "You" means the individual or entity using our services.
  • "Site" means a world wide web site and, depending on the context refers to either the www.gallowayip.com web site or your web site. 

If you do not agree to this agreement, you will not be entitled to use any of the services offered on this site. We reserve the right to update and change the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time and it is your responsibility to remain informed. This agreement will be governed by the laws of South Africa, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement.

  • 1. Online Forms

    You must first agree to the this agreement and all terms and conditions expressed herein. Fill out and complete the online form in full - all details must be correct.

  • 2. Restrictions

    Restrictions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • You must be of a minimum age of 18 years to use our services.
    • Any misuse of our resources that disrupts the routine use of our systems is strictly prohibited. Such system abuse may lead to termination of the account without notice. You will also be held responsible and liable for any damages that result from such abuse. Examples of such misuse include, but are not limited to, consuming excessive amounts of main memory or CPU for long periods, and spawning many processes that consume resources etc. Any attempts to penetrate our security by password filtering, mining hacking etc. will result in the termination of our services without notice or refunds, as well as notification of the appropriate law enforcement and government agencies.
    • You may not use our communication services to send and distribute unsolicited e-mail, bulk or mass e-mails or engage in any form of electronic fraud, phishing, spamming or pyramid schemes.
    • You may not force any header information in any electronic posting or e-mail.
    • Impersonating someone else for fraudulent purposes in e-mail or with any other service is prohibited.
    • You may not misrepresent yourself, your affiliation with any third party or your entity.
    • Offences may incur a fine and/or damage liabilities.
    • You may not use any device, process or mechanism to monitor, retrieve, search or access the site or any material without our prior written consent.
    • You may not transmit any material containing viruses or any other material that is harmful via our online services.
    • You remain responsible for the security of your communications and transactions online and offline.  Please notify us if any of these have been compromised.
    • You may not allow anyone other than yourself to gain access to privileged content.

  • 3. Payment of Fees

    Fees are payable as agreed upon within agreements and quotations, as applicable by law and as per invoice.
    ALL FEES PAID TO THE COMPANY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • 4. We reserve the right to interrupt online services periodically, and without notice, for maintenance.

  • 5. You agree that we will send you e-mails from time to time letting you know about important updates and other info.  See our Privacy Policy for more information.
